[Mp4-tech] regarding TNS and Dependent Coupling

hi all,
  I have another doubt regaring TNS & DEPENDENTLY COUPLING BLOCK
  The CC_DOMAIN flag will tell if dependent coupling occurs before or after
TNS block
  This is as shown in the figure
  My question is:
  when cc_domain==1 then
  The dependent coupling process explained in the function couple_channel()
  will access the data in an interleaved manner i,e, [g][win][sfb][bin]
  Could u pls tell if we can do it( when cc_domain ==1). if yes then how.
  Or is it mentioned anywhere in the document(13818-7:1997).
  could u pls throw some light on this.
