[Mp4-tech] Help: How to generate aac content with LATM header from aac content with ADTS header

hello all,Anybody who knows how to generate aac audio with LATM header from aac data with ADTS header? I can get some information which audioSpecificConfig() included in LATM header needs from ADTS header, such as audioDecoderType, samplingFreqencyIndex, samplingFrequency, channelConfiguration. But how can I fill the GASpecificConfig()/CelpSpecificConfig() included in
audioSpecificConfig()..., I can't get the corresponding data form ADTS header?Thanks in advance,
