[Mp4-tech] H.263 Non-standard Resolution

Hi, I suppose that your decoder accepts only multiple of 16 video format, so the decoder will be bring 240x180 near the first integer multiple of 16, for 
example 240x192

The resolution specified in the H.263 bitstream is 352x288 (CIF)
