[Mp4-tech] help

Hello,
I am using JSVM 9.6.
I am new in this field and don't know how to configure the files or which
file in it to change to get spatial , temporal or SNR scalability also help
me where can i get help on how to run/what commands is used to this.
I will be thankful for you help. I know this question seems to be very
foolish but I really need your help in this.
