[Mp4-tech] Playback of fragmented MP4 files (moof box)

It seems that Quicktime does not play an MP4 file that's built with movie fragments.? It plays only the mdat portion then stops.? Does anyone know of?a player that can handle the moof box, or a way to update Quicktime so that it will?
