Eric Chai et al,
I think perhaps/hopefully there may be no cases where an se(v) actually uses an exp-Golomb code that long, although what you are saying does sound like it makes sense.
Best Regards,

Subject: [Mp4-tech] Exp-Golomb code
Hi all,
In the JM reference code (ver. 13.2) the code for decoding a SE (linfo_se function) defines "n" as a 32 bit signed integer. So if I have a 63 bit exp-Golomb code, the function will compute "n" as a negative number. Shouldn't this be a unsigned 32 bit integer ?
Thank,
-Eric
