[Mp4-tech] Regarding MB Flags

Hi experts,
I am relatively a new bee in H.264.
I am trying to implement CAVLC encoder in my system.
While doing so, I got some doubts regarding some MB flags.
Does the following flag useful in the implementation of my CAVLC?
1) MB_SKIP_FLAG
2) MB_FIELD_DECODING_FLAG
3) END_OF_SLICE_FLAG
4) coded_block_flag
Please let me know, even if I am asking irrelevant question.
