[Mp4-tech] inquire how to set level in mpeg4

Dear experts
I’m writing to inquire how to set level in mpeg4 encoder.
Level of each profile defines the maximum image size.
When codec encode larger size than defined maximum image size, I don’t
know appropriate profile and level value.
For example, I want to encode D1 size in mpeg4 simple profile although the
profile supports smaller size than CIF. What level is appropriate?
