[Mp4-tech] Error concealment in JSVM reference software

Hello,
In the latest version of the JSVM reference software - JSVM_9_12_2 based
on the release notes (i.e. changes.txt file) it seems that the error
concealment still isn't available.  
Do you know in which release the error concealment will be added back in
and when is this release expected to come out?
