[M4IF Technotes] put some byte into encode video stream

hi all 
I'm trying to put some byte into encoded video stream to check the MPEG4 or H.263 error resilience. 
but I've a problem with MS MPEG-4. 
if you had done these things before, I'd like to know how you did do it. 
I'm using C/C++. 
Please, send me your help...
