I'm also looking for some softwares to objectively measure quality of
encoded video. Are there some valuable methods right now ?
I've personally tested PSNR and Sarnoff's algorithms ( JNDmetrix ) and I've
heard about Genista, but experts generally think these solutions don't
compete with good subjective testings ...
