[M4IF Technotes] Help wanted *****

Hello
I am looking for any MPEG-4 codecs that have been interfaced to a network 
simulator such as ns.  I also want to be able to specify or prioritize objects within a video 
scene before it is transmitted through the network.  I also want to view 
the transmitted video. Does anyone know of any such systems?
