[Mp4-tech] MPEG4 Motion Compensation algorithm

Hi All, 
I'm a novice in the Video area - and presently I'm trying to understand
the MPEG4 Motion compensation algorithm for quarter pixel accuracy. I
have been through the MPEG2 stuff - but I have not been able to obtain
material which deals in detail with the MPEG4 MC algos. 
Can someone please point me or send me material regarding that?
