[Mp4-tech] elementary stream descriptor for MPEG-J

Hi,
We are trying to create some MPEG-4 content that includes MPEG-J, but we're at a loss as to how to include MPEG-J in an MPEG-4 file.  From what we understand, the object descriptor indicates the presence of an MPEG-J stream, but we could not find examples.  
We are using mp4tool to create MPEG-4 content.  The object descriptions are in the .bt file, together with the scene description.  Does anyone have an example of an elementary stream descriptor for MPEG-J?
