[Mp4-tech] elementary stream descriptor for MPEG-J

There are examples of the files with MPEG-J content in the reference 
software (I can send a file to you directly, let me know). Below is an 
example of how to add MPEG-J ES:
UPDATE OD [
     ObjectDescriptor {
       objectDescriptorID 5
       esdescr [
         ES_Descriptor {
   	es_id 2132
   	streamPriority 0
   	decConfigDescr DecoderConfigDescriptor {
   	  objectTypeIndication 255
   	  streamType 9

   	  maxBitrate 0
   	  avgBitrate 0
   	}
   	slConfigDescr SLConfigDescriptor {
   	}
   	muxInfo muxInfo {
