Daniel,
The MPEG-4 reference implementation includes examples of how to create
MPEG-J streams. There have been some papers and chapters (in books) to
augment the documentation (text and APIs) provided in the spec. I will
send a pointer to these when I have better access. In the meantime, if
you still have difficulty finding information, please contact me.
