[Mp4-tech] Need Help with MP4TOOL

mp4tool.exe is very sensitive: it only works when in the path or in the
current directory. In case of problems, it is better to use the jar as:java -classpath mp4tool.jar Enst.mp4tool -extract file.mp4 4 video
To be able to fix the exe problem, I would welcome a bit more information
about:- OS version
- java version
- where is the exe wrt the current directory
