[M4IF Technotes] UPDATE OD

Hello
I have some problems mith UPDATE OD. The OD component of this command can be referenced over url - says Systems part. It sounds fine, but how can I create such an OD stream? I try it over bifsenc, its result is an .od file, that contains such a stream. But there no way to compile the command with mp4tool. The same by testing UPDATE OD with external ES-streams, described trough .bif encoded by bifsens. Is there an error in my thinking, or is this not possible with available encoders?
I tested the encoding of an bt-file icluding the following code fragment with mp4tool. The .bif is result of bifsenc-encoding. But it dos'nt works.
