streamFormat is a descriptor used by BIFSEnc only.
mp4tool does not use "mux plugins" but .nhnt auxiliary files.
Please read the doc on mp4tool web page if you want to use this feature.

The tool says: I do not recognize the file type and you did not give me 
a cube.nhnt describing your cube.bif file, so I cannot work...
There is a special option to read .bif and .od file (-bifsenc) but I do 
not recommend using it. bifsenc has more bugs and limitations than 
mp4tool, as fas as we know.
