[M4IF Technotes] Spatial segmentation

Hi all,
Could any one please help me with how I can do spatial
segmentation i.e., to extract out a video object from
mpeg4 bitstream.
I feel by demultiplexing the mpeg4 stream it may be
possible. I am not sure.
I will be thankful if somebody could help me.
