Hi Chris,
PACE Soft Silicon has a Working Player for 3GPP (MPEG4, AMR) files on iPAQ, Pocket PC 2002 and Pocket PC 2003. (But it's not freely available.)
With Regards,
Parag.

Envivio is only for windows, and not Pocket PC, Same goes for the others I found such as QuickTime etc. Real One does not support rtsp on PocketPC. And even IE on ipaq does not recognize rtsp links. I'm really stuck here. what is the problem with getting MOEG 4 or 3gpp files to play on an ipaq? It works as a charm on Palm, Sony ericcson, Nokia and many more.
