I have tried that codec, but am not able to work with it. Also, I was
looking for a codec without FGS. I am having a lot of difficulties working

this is supposed to have the latest error free mpeg-4 video codec software
which can run on windows. once you download this code, you will know how to
run etc.

Hi everyone,
I am doing a thesis on MPEG4 implementation. I wanted to know where i could
download a codec for the same that would work on Windows. I would also
appreciate if someone could tell me about how to run the codec.
Any kind of help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
