[Mp4-tech] ISO 14496-3

Hi everyone,
    Can someone help me with? In ISO 14496-3 did mention that MPEG-4 
CELP has a functionality of complexity scalibility. But I am not sure 
what are the switches related to this. I understand that this complexity 
scalibility means a possiblity of running the decoder at different 
complexity levels.
   One more thing, not quite understand with bandwidth scalibility, if 
anyone can helpl, how it works. Though in the README_usage has shows how 
to use bandwidth scalability.
    Just to double check with anyone who can help. Basically, MPEG-4 
features this 4 functionalities i.e. bit-rate scalibility, multiple 
bit-rates, bandwidth scalability, and complexity scalability...
