[Mp4-tech] MPG4 RTP streaming

Hi all, Iwant to stream MPG4 over RTP. Does anyone know where can I get info about the output bitstrem format of an MPG4 codec? May I just put what the codec gives me into the RTP payload? I read many RFC's that talk about that but I haven't got info about the MPG4 bitstream format.
