[Mp4-tech] FGS

Hi,
Can you please tell me how to locate this document - ISO/IEC 14496-2:1999/FDAM 4? I have searched for it everywhere possible - ISO, JTC, m4if and the www. I do find references to this document but its not one of the documents available for sale. Please let me know if there has been a change in the AMD number. When I do a search for "FGS" in ISO, it shows me ISO/IEC 14496-2:2001/Amd 2:2002 PDF version (en) <javascript:basketMini('https://store.iso.org/isostore/control/basketmini?action=addItem&itemId=000000000000052250-PRAT3&language=en&fromUrl=http://www.iso.org/iso/en/CatalogueDetailPage.CatalogueDetail?CSNUMBER=34639&ICS1=35&ICS2=40&ICS3=','Basket','toolbar=no,location=yes,status=yes,menubar=yes,scrollbars=yes,resizable=yes,width=340,height=500,top=50,left=600')> . So, does this document also explain FGS - the basics as well as the details? I also cannot find a 2003 edition of the basic 14496-2 document.

  Hi,
    "AMENDMENT 4 (Streaming Video Profile)" to ISO/IEC 14496-2 does describe
(1) Advanced Simple Profile,
(2) Fine Granularity Scalable (FGS) Profile.
  This document (January 2001) carries the Number N3904 and is titled
ISO/IEC 14496-2:1999/FDAM 4
Final Draft Amendment (FDAM 4).
