[Mp4-tech] Commercial solutions for encoding HDTV MPEG2 into MPEG4?

Dear Sirs,
please provide me with information on commercial solutions
for encoding a 1080i MPEG-2 video into 720P MPEG-4 videofile
- information on what solutions exists and their related 
webpages would be highly appreciated.
So far I have only found CountdownHD, which seems to require
a MPEG-2 Transport Stream for the encoding job.
