	We are a large integrator company and a large Broadcaster has
requested we file ideas for a large Archive project.
	We are interested in learning at what stage MPEG4 has developed and
if there is a working large archive on MPEG4 especially using the
multi/quality option ie small bandwidth = low quality, high bandwith (or
full rights) = high quality.
	What data rate is Broadcast quality equivalent?
	Which Hardware manufacturers are compatible?
	Which software encoding applications exist?
