Hi, All,
Thank you guys to answer my question. It is really helpful. 
I have another question, can anyone give me some explanation about residual CAVLC coding? I understand how to code/decode total coeffs and tailing ones,also total zeros and run_before coding, but I am confused about the remaining coeffs coding. The standard (subclause 9.2.2) has a table 9-6, how to use the table? How to determine the level_prefix, what is the bit string used for? If the suffix is great than 0, how to decide it's bit stream? Can anybody give me a example or tell me where I can find detail explanation about this problem?
