[Mp4-tech] Differences between MPEG4 and MPEG4S

Mayank et al,
That doesn't sound quite right. 
I believe the starting pattern for an H.263 picture is
0x00 0x00 0x80/81/82/83.
i.e., it is 22 bits equal to
'0000 0000 0000 0000 1000 00'.
