[Mp4-tech] ISO media file for MPEG 4 HE AAC

[arun.pradhan tcs.com]

While compiling ISO_IEC_14496-5_2001_Amd_6_Reference_Software  I got 
following error.
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "libisomedia.lib"
Though I have down loaded complete zip , this lib seems  to be missing.
Can somebody  tell me where from I will get this lib  and  also complete 
zip for MPEG 4 HE AAC  ?
