[Mp4-tech] [Audio]about AudioSpecificConfig

Hi,
I have read RFC3640 "RTP Payload Format for Transport
of MPEG-4  Elementary Streams",it refers to the
standard of ISO/IEC 14496-3.But I don't have ISO/IEC
14496-3.I cannot understand AudioSpecificConfig(),as
defined in ISO/IEC 14496-3.Who can tell me the
structure of AudioSpecificConfig?
