[Mp4-tech] H.264 Long term reference frame

Dear List members,
 I am using JM 9.6 encoder_baseline.cfg encoder. I wanted to use long term 
reference (LTR) frame. I can see that it is implemented in this version of 
software but is not enabled. I tried to enable it in various ways but with 
no success. I couldn't find anything in the archieves regarding LTR 
referencing. Can anybody help me in this regard?
