I could probably help you a bit, but to the best of my knowledge, there is no other document that talks about RTP packetization of H263; if you find any document please let me know as well.
AFAIK, thorough knowledge of RFC 3550 & RFC 2190 should be good enough for a good implementation of your objective.

Hi all,
Is there anyone who has implemented RTP packetization
for H263 stream using rfc2190.
Besides RFC2190 i don't have any document which i can
refer to.I specifically want to know the contents of
RTP header structure, the packetinfo structure.
Above all if anyone can refer to any document in which
the above thibgs are explained in detail then it will
be of great help.
