[Mp4-tech] How to identify a keyframe in an MP4 stream

Hello.
Can anyone please tell me how to identify keyframes in an mp4 stream?
Is it the I-VOP, which is the VOP that comes after a GOV? I dont have
any GOVs in my stream.
I-frames and P-frames i have no trouble with.
