[Mp4-tech] Getting frames belonging to different partition using
data-partitioning

Dear all,
I am using the JM11 H264 encoder. I use the option of
data partitioning, and I am interested in obtaining
the traces (time size) of the frames belonging to each
partition, afterwards I will input these traces to a
simulator. My problem is that I can encode the video
using data partitioing but from the log I can not
distinguish to which partition (A,B or C) each frame
belongs.
The output I can read from the log for each frame at
maximum verbose mode is:
Frame
Bit/pic
WP QP
SnrY
SnrU
SnrV
Time(ms)
MET(ms)
Frm/Fld
I
D
L0
L1
RDP
Ref
But none of these fields is telling me if the frame
belongs to partition A, B or C. I can see that I am
encoding with data partitioning because I have in the
log:
Data Partitioning Mode : 3 partitions
Is there any way to know from the log which partition
each frame belongs to or I am doing something
completely wrong?
Thanks in advance
Daniel Camps
