[Mp4-tech] Getting frames belonging to different partition usingdata-partitioning

Dear Dani,
To know the partition the coded data of a slice belongs to, you need to know
the value of the nal_unit_type syntax element (each partition is put into a
separate NAL unit, where each such NAL unit is characterized by a different
NAL unit type).
The H.264/AVC defines the following mapping:
nal_unit_type 1 denotes 'Coded slice of a non-IDR picture'
nal_unit_type 2 denotes 'Coded slice data partition A'
nal_unit_type 3 denotes 'Coded slice data partition B'
nal_unit_type 4 denotes 'Coded slice data partition C'
Best regards,
Wesley De Neve
