[Mp4-tech] ts muxing question

Hello,
I am trying to stream h264 video into Video Lan player, so I wonder how to
mux h264 video with mpeg-ts for streaming with RTP..
e.g. should I read enough nal units from file  to fit rtp packet into temp
buffer, then "mux" it, and write result into RTP packet?
Or, does ts have to be written into NALs? What RTP type should I use? Where
can I find some examples?
