[Mp4-tech] How to determine the range for decoding truncated exponential-Golomb code?

Hi,
The range depends on the syntax element being decoded.
e.g., in the case of decoding ref_idx, the range is decided by the syntax
element num_ref_idx_l0_active_minus1/num_ref_idx_l1_active_minus1 specified
in PPS.
