[Mp4-tech] DVB-SI PSI Tables

Hi,
I need to write a program that creates the DVB-SI Tables (PMT,PAT,NIT, and
the others) accordingly to the user input (PIDs, Descriptors). I could not
find anything about those tables, I mean, complete information about all the
bits inside them. Can anyone help? Is there any kind of API to create them?
