[Mp4-tech] MPEG-2 TS Muxer

Hi,
 Is there any tool which can mux MPEG-4 AAC/BSAC encoded audio into MPEG-2
TS stream.
I tried to do it with evaluation verion of Elecard XMuxer Pro. But it takes
the MPEG-4 AAC as MPEG-2 AAC
and assigns the stream_type as 0x0f.
 Also, please let me know where can I get LATM/LOAS and ADTS file format
information.
